Per Announcement (2022) No. XX issued by Anhui Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology on August 8, 2022 – "Public Notice on the Fourth Batch of National 'Little Giant' Enterprises and First Batch Revalidated Enterprises in Anhui" – Hetian has been selected for the fourth batch of national-level "Little Giant" enterprises.

"Specialized, Sophisticated, Unique, Innovative" denotes enterprises excelling in specialization, precision processes, distinctive offerings, and R&D strength.  

Little Giants represent the elite vanguard among such SMEs. They address market gaps, lead niche segments, demonstrate innovation capacity, command high market share, possess core technologies, and deliver quality efficiency. This is China's highest SME honor.
